Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 Home Release To Include “Inferno” Music Video

Fans who stayed through the credits of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 were rewarded with a few surprises, and not just the film’s five post-credits scenes.

The tail end of the film’s credits included an original song called ‘Guardians Inferno’, which was written by Guardians writer-director James Gunn and performed by David Hasselhoff. And now, fans will be able to appreciate that song in a whole new way on Guardians‘ home release – in the form of a music video.

Gunn recently shared the news via Twitter, with the help of a rather fantastic poster for the music video. The image shows Hasselhoff, Gunn, and much of Guardians main cast, who are almost unrecognizable in disco attire. You can check out the photo below.

From left to right, the poster features Karen Gillan (Nebula), Gunn, Pom Klementieff (Mantis), Sean Gunn (Kraglin), Hasselhoff, a mask-wearing figure who, by process of elimination, might be Chris Pratt (Star-Lord), Dave Bautista (Drax), Zoe Saldana (Gamora), and Michael Rooker (Yondu). While its unclear if the Guardians cast’s disco makeovers are just for the poster, or for the actual music video, many fans will probably be hoping for the latter.

Currently, the home release for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 does not have a set date, but many are speculating that the film’s DVD and Blu-Ray will be available on August 22nd. With this awesome special feature planned for the home release, that wait will certainly be worth it.
