Yesterday, Marvel’s The Inhumans was spotted filming at the Hawaii State Capitol Building in Honolulu. Once again, we got see that big, blue model of Lockjaw, which will be used during post-production to help visual effects artists render a CGI version of the 2,000 lb canine. Of course, the highlight of the day was that we got first look at Isabelle Cornish (Puberty Blues) as Medusa’s impetuous little sister, Crystal.

Those photos were taken and shared by Hawaii Isla 808, and today, that Twitter user has posted some more snaps (view below). They feature Cornish in-costume and provide us with our best look at yet at the actress rocking Crystal’s signature hairstyle.

As you can see below, there’s a dark stripe at ear-level that runs horizontally through her strawberry blonde hair. However, unlike her comic book counterpart, the makeup department has also added dark highlights at the ends of her hair. Relax, it’s just hair.

The Inhumans, a race of superhumans with diverse and singularly unique powers, were first introduced in Marvel Comics by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1965. Since that time, they have grown in prominence and become some of the most popular and iconic characters in the Marvel Universe. Marvel’s The Inhumans will explore the never-before-told epic adventure of Black Bolt and the royal family.

The cast features Anson Mount as Black Bolt, Iwan Rheon as Maximus, Serinda Swan as Medusa, Ken Leung as Karnak, Eme Ikwuakor as Gorgon, Isabelle Cornish as Crystal, Mike Moh as Triton, Sonya Balmores as Auran, Ellen Woglom as Undisclosed Character, and Lockjaw as himself.

The first two episode of Marvel’s The Inhumans (directed by Roel Reine) will premiere in over 1,000 IMAX theatres across the globe โ€” for a two-week run โ€” starting on September 1, 2017. ABC will then premiere the weekly television series on Tuesday, September 26. Marvel’s Iron Fist showrunner Scott Buck is serving as its showrunner.
