Lip Sync Battle has announced that Homecoming stars Tom Holland and Zendaya Coleman will be appearing on a very special episode of the series this Sunday, May 7th. While Lip Sync Battle – based on the popular segment from The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon – usually airs on Spike, this Homecoming-centric episode will air on MTV, before the network’s MTV Movie and TV Awards.
The series’ Twitter account released a video of one of the performances – of Coleman performing Bruno Mars’ ’24k Magic’ – earlier today. You can watch it below:

This isn’t the first time that Marvel Cinematic Universe stars have made their way onto the Lip Sync Battle stage. Anthony Mackie, Zoe Saldana, and Lupita Nyong’o have appeared in past episodes, and Hayley Atwell and Clark Gregg famously settled their online lipsyncing feud on a 2016 episode.
But given the backgrounds of the Homecoming stars – Coleman got her start singing and dancing on Disney Channel’s Shake It Up, while Holland played the title role in Billy Elliot: The Musical – this episode is sure to be a must-see.
To see Holland and Coleman duke it out on Lip Sync Battle, tune into MTV Sunday, May 7th, at 7:30/6:30c.
