Recent news hinted that Peter Parker‘s mentor, Tony Stark/Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), wouldn’t be appearing in the second installment, but that some sort of Marvel Cinematic Universe hero would take his place.

So, who could that be? Spider-Man himself, Tom Holland, seems to have a preference.

During a recent interview with ScreenRant, Holland was asked which fellow MCU hero he’d like to partner up with in the second Spider-Man film. And the actor revealed that he would most like to share the screen with Scott Lang/Ant-Man (Paul Rudd).

“Yeah, Ant-Man would be my favorite.” Holland explained. “I want to have like a bug bros session. I think it’d be really cool.”

We actually suggested that Peter Parker and Scott Lang could team up earlier this week, arguing that the pair’s comedic personalities and impressive powers could bear awesome results.

While it’s unclear exactly what context the two would team-up in, and whether or not it would actually happen, is yet to be seen. But with Holland’s endorsement, it’s certainly within the realm of possibility.

You can find the official synopsis for Homecoming below, which has a 4.13 out of 5 on ComicBook.com’s anticipation rankings.

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
