Whether you hate or love the mix of bombastic action and kitschy comedy in Bay’s films, there’s one thing that most fans can agree on, and that’s their love for Optimus Prime. The leader has always represented the best in humankind, despite his more robotic roots, so ComicBook.com thought it was time for a look back through the ages to see which Optimus Prime is truly the best.

Mark Wahlberg and Stanley Tucci will reprise their roles from Transformers: Age of Extinction. Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, and John Turturro reprise their roles for the first three Transformers movies.
