The Necronomicon, the evil text that brings the undead to life in the Evil Dead series, has been revealed for your hell-raising pleasure.

Just read the dreaded pages out-loud, as Bruce Campbell's Ash foolishly does—and evil spirits will arise. You just have to figure out how to read said texts--but if you can read Wing Dings, you can handle this.

These creepy pages come from Entertainment Weekly in the build-up to Starz's Ash Vs. The Evil Dead series. The show, which continues the adventures of Campbell's Ash, finds the character once again accidentally summoning the dead again. And according to Campbell himself, world-ending goof-ups seem to be all that Ash is good for.

"This is a guy who thought he could just quietly live a life of quiet desperation and—no," Campbell told EW. "He brings it back upon himself and the world, and he of all people must save the world from his own doing. That's classic Evil Dead. Ash is basically responsible for everything."
