Despicable Me 2 After The Credits

It may not be a Marvel Studios movie, but there is a little something extra in Despicable Me 2 if you stick around for the credits. Technically, the additional scenes occur within the credits, rather than after the credits, but most people tend to refer to anything in the credits as "after credits" or "post-credits" scenes. If you don't want to know what happens, then stop reading now, but it's not a major movie spoiler. After the credits start rolling at the end of Despicable Me, Gru's Minions push up the black frame in the credits in order to hold "The Minions Movie Auditions." The Minions make music and attempt to hold the frame open, but the frame keeps collapsing on them to show the credits. The Minions manage to break through the credits a number of times, and they blow on party horns, which show off the film's 3D effects as they roll out at the audience. The Minions eventually get shut out of the frame and the credits continue to roll. The credits scene is technically a teaser for a Minions spinoff movie that is actually being released in 2014.
