Extant First Look Trailer Released

CBS has released a first look trailer for Extant, the upcoming Steven Spielberg produced television series. In Extant, an astronaut (Halle Berry) returns home from a year long solo mission in space. She tries to reconnect with her husband and son in their everyday life. Her experiences in space and home lead to events that ultimately will change the course of human history. The new trailer provides much more information about the show, including the fact that Berry's son is a robot and that she may have encountered an alien race while in space. Now, that race seems to have come to Earth with her. Extant premieres July 9 on CBS.
