Black Bolt and Sammy are still in Dr. Evan Declan’s helicopter. After instructing the two Inhumans to put on their headsets, Declan explains who he is — he’s a geneticist that wants to run some tests on them to better understand the Inhuman race.

After finding out that he’s married, Declan tells Black Bolt that he’ll help find Medusa. In the meantime, Medusa still has Louise at gunpoint and they’re following the helicopter.
After running a red light, a cop tries pulling them over but they keep driving.
Back in Attilan, Maximus is speaking with a member of the Genetic Council — Maximus is upset at him for abandoning the new King after he had his Inhuman genes erased during Terrigenesis.
Act I
The cop is still in pursuit of Medusa and Louise. Medusa leans out the window and shoots out the tires for the cop car, which proceeds to drive into the ditch.
Elsewhere on Oahu, Crystal is talking to the gentleman — Dave — who hit Lockjaw with his recreational vehicle. Crystal informs Dave that they need to take Lockjaw to a vet, otherwise he’ll be unable to teleport.
Medusa and Louise lose site of the helicopter and park at a lake. After catching Medusa staring at the moon, Louise figures out that Medusa is from there. Medusa informs Louise of Attilan and it’s residents — she tells Louise about the other members of the Royal Family that are also on Oahu.
After running some DNA tests, Declan finds out about Black Bolt’s powers. The geneticist is very shaken and walks outside to use a communications device. He radios to someone that he’s made a big discovery and we see who he’s talking to — Maximus.
Act II
Maximus — or Max as Declan keeps calling him — orders Declan to kill Black Bolt, a move which the doctor vehemently opposes.
At the pot farm, Karnak is teaching his lady friend better ways to irrigate their crops, resulting in higher yields. The two other farmers are still unsure what to think about their new guest.
Gorgon and his surfer commandos are still walking through the jungle, talking about fighting Auran and her cronies. Auran, Mordis, and the others are in pursuit.
Medusa and Louise have made it back to the latter’s hotel room, who is working on tracking the helicopter on her laptop. After talking some about her life in Attilan, Medusa looks out the window to see cops pulling into the hotel’s parking lot — they’ve been tracked.
On Attilan, Maximus is talking to the Genetic Council about coming up with a way to be able to inject the Inhuman gene back into himself, so that he could undergo Terrigenesis again.
The Genetic Council rules that they can’t allow for the process to take place, as it could prove fatal to Maximus.
Act III
Declan attempts to make good on his promise of helping Black Bolt find his wife. He gives the ousted Inhuman king a tablet of Inhumans he’s worked with to see if one of them happens to be Medusa — but she’s not one of the pictures.
Back at the hotel, the cops are closing in but the two are able to narrowly escape. Medusa tells Louise that they got to Earth by Lockjaw, the teleporting dog.
Crystal is on a farm with Dave when Dave’s vet friend shows up. Her reaction is expected, she’s quite shocked to see a dog the size of Lockjaw. The aspiring vet tells Crystal and Dave that Lockjaw’s wound doesn’t look too serious.
Medusa and Louise grabbed a bit to eat and they’re still working on tracking the helicopter. The laptop beeps — it’s tracked the helicopter.
Auran and her crew are still pursuing Gorgon. Maximus radios in to inform Auran that he knows where Black Bolt is being kept. Maximus says they can’t kill Black Bolt quite yet, but they still need to keep eyes on him.
Act IV
Karnak and his lady friend continue walking through the jungle and make their way to the beach. The two disrobe and go into the ocean and kiss — the other two pot farmers are looking from a distance.
Medusa is walking down the street with the laptop and Louise pulls up in a convertible. After an argument that gets rather tense, the two get into the convertible — which Louise reveals she stole — to go find Black Bolt.
In the jungle, Gorgon gets into an argument with his surfer warrior bros and to protect them, he splits off to go find Karnak on his own.
At Dave’s farm, him and Crystal talk while Lockjaw rests — he teaches her how to high five.
Getting back to the pot farm, Karnak and and his lady friend go into her tent.
Act V
Maximus calls a Genetic Council meeting and once the members of the council assembled, the Royal Guard ambushes them and renders them unconscious.
On Earth, Black Bolt and Sammy start on their escape from Declan’s facility when they run into Auran and her crew. Mordis walks around the corner and confronts Black Bolt.
Medusa and Louise speed onto the scene and distracted, Mordis blows up a nearby gas tank, throwing Auran and her crew across the set knocking them all out.
Black Bolt sees and Medusa and runs over to embrace her. As the two kiss, one of Auran’s crew members starts coughing and they throw her in the trunk of the convertible. Black Bolt, Medusa, and Louise drive off as Mordis starts waking back up.
