Reynolds, who toplined the big-budget disappointment Green Lantern and first appeared as Deadpool in the fan-unfavorite X-Men Origins: Wolverine, knows a bit about how to make a big-budget movie as well as the lower-budget comedies and dramas that have typically driven his career success.
“I can’t answer any of the big questions right now, unfortunately. I’m not allowed to,” said Reynolds, joking that the outfit he had on that day was the costume. “The budget is very small,” he said, echoing a joke he’s made in previous interviews.
