Each of the two title heroes are going to meet up with their pre-Flashpoint counterparts in those issues.
This is particularly notable for Green Lantern #50, as it resonates with the post-Crisis on Infinite Earths, pre-Flashpoint history of the character: Parallax, the deranged and evil alter-ego of Hal Jordan, first appeared in 1993's Green Lantern #50 by Ron Marz and Darryl Banks. He'll battle his post-Flashpoint self in March's issue, fresh off a stint in the soon-to-be-cancelled Telos.

In this extra-sized issue, it's a battle for the fate of Earth! Parallax believes Hal Jordan has failed this universe—and now, he's prepared to wipe Hal out of existence! Hal has to get over the shock that Parallax still exists so he can unleash the power of his gauntlet to stop him! It's a battle neither Jordan can win, and one that will change both forever.
Significantly less is known about the first interactions between the pre- and post-Flashpoint Supermen.
While the pre-Flashpoint Superman, his wife Lois and their son Jonathan have been living secretly in the post-Flashpoint DC Universe since around the time of Justice League #6, he has made it a point never to reach out to the other Kal-El. His exploits in Superman: Lois and Clark keep him on the West Coast, all the way across the country from Metropolis.
What role will he have in helping the post-Flashpoint Superman come to grips with his fluctuating power levels, his fractured personal life and the revelation that there's another Superman floating around isn't yet clear. Here's what the soliciations have to say about Superman #50...

...And, no, before you ask, Superman: Lois and Clark #6 doesn't have anything to do with the post-Flashpoint Superman, instead seeming to wrap up the first arc of the series with Intergang closing in on Lois and Jonathan:

Can even this Superman save Lois from the deadly vengeance of Intergang? Or will young Jon have to be the one to step up to this challenge?0comments
Between this and Titans Hunt, we've got all of the post-Convergence titles spoken for: Superman and Parallax showing up in their own titles as well as the titles of their new counterparts. But what's next, now that the heroes of the DC Universe -- and possibly even the public at large -- know there's more than one of these heroes out there?
That we'll have to see in the spring.
