The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 District 13 Posters Released

Julianne Moore, the late Philip Seymour Hoffman and more grace a set of new posters from The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part One which were released today showing off the characters from District 13.

For anyone confused by Effie's presence here, a commenter at Variety offers the explanation that she will be slotted in for the character of Fulvia from the original novels, acting as Plutarch's assistant, with the idea that it's one less character the writers have to introduce and the directors have to cast.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part One is due in theaters on November 21.
