The new trailer for Power Rangers Ninja Steel has dropped at New York Comic Con, and it has one heck of a twist!

The season is winding down, but the battles are getting even crazier in the final episodes. Giant-sized Galvanax? Check. Multiple Red Rangers? Check. Unexpected villain showing up? Well, actually, no one expected that, but check anyway!

Power Rangers Ninja Steel is going out with a bang, and the new footage reveals some impressive battles, including the aforementioned giant-sized Galvanax fight. The Rangers will need all the help they can get, which explains the Red Rangers. If you want to find out what that is all about, you can read full spoilers for the upcoming finale here.

The trailer doesn't stop there though, as Saban decided to tease even bigger battles coming in Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel. The trailer teases "a New Threat Rises", but it's the visual that is the bigger surprise. It shows Levi (the Gold Ranger) with blackened-out eyes, facing down the other Rangers. Seems like he's being controlled, but exactly how long does that last?

New Zords and villains are also part of the deal, but it's the unexpected twist that will leave most jaws dropped.

Amongst all the action and Zord battles, the new footage reveals a familiar voice saying "Guess who!" That voice belongs to the fan-favorite bounty hunter Sledge, who caused havoc during Power Rangers Dino Charge and Power Rangers Dino Super Charge. Fans thought he was dead, but it seems he managed to survive, and now he's here to make the Ninja Steel Rangers' lives even more chaotic.

Of course, that isn't even to mention the recent announcement that the 25th anniversary episode will take place during the Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel season, so it seems there's plenty to look forward too for fans in 2018.

You can view the new trailer in the video above. Power Rangers Ninja Steel airs on Nickelodeon on Saturdays at 9 am, and Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel will air on the network in 2018.
