Amidst all of the wild moments, it’s tough to miss some things. For instance, a ton of people totally missed the fact that Rosita was shot at one point. She hobbled a bit, but Tara had to swoop in and help her.
As the episode ended, Rosita is seen laying in a hospital bed. Tara is by her side, and Michonne lays in the bed next to her. It’s clear Michonne is going to be okay, but Rosita is a big question mark.
Is she going to die when the show returns?
When you look at all of the current stories in the series that are influenced by Rosita, it’s hard to think she’d be killed any time soon. At least not in the next couple of episodes.
Rosita and Dwight have some un-resolved conflict, Rosita and Tara have a budding relationship, and the woman still has plenty of ties to Eugene.
At this point, Rosita has become somewhat of a linchpin. An array of things rely on Rosita’s survival, so we can count on that for a little while longer.
