Star Wars Episode 7: Harrison Ford Thinks Old Gang Is Returning

After months of not commenting, Harrison Ford has finally broken the silence when it comes to Star Wars Episode 7. While George Lucas had earlier seemed to suggest that Harrison Ford, Carey Fisher, and Mark Hamill might already be under contract, Harrison Ford did not confirm that he had already signed a deal. However, what he did say to WGN TV in Chicago was pretty positive. When asked if the old gang was getting back together for sure for Star Wars, Harrison Ford said, "I think it's almost true. I think I'm looking forward to it. It's not in the bag yet, but I think it's happening." Given that Harrison Ford was probably the one of the original three where there was the most question over if he would even want to return, the fact that he thinks it's going to happen is pretty good confirmation that it is happening. Star Wars Episode 7 is planned to be released in theaters in the United States in the summer of 2015.
