It's finally here: The first TV spot for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story has been released.

The short clip stands at just over 30 seconds, and much of it focuses on Jyn Erso's involvement with the Rebel Alliance. As such, it's no surprise that the video starts off with a voice over of Jyn's infamous words, "This is a rebellion, isn't it? I rebel."

Shifting tone, the clip then teases, "Hope begins with rebellion." The stark words are spread out across several scenes that fans first saw in Rogue One's debut theatrical trailer. Familiar faces can also be seen throughout the video as Forest Whitaker, Diego Luna, and Riz Ahmed can all be seen in-character as the reel rolls on.

Set to hit theaters on December 16th, Rogue One will stand as the first big screen spin-off of the Star Wars franchise. The project will be directed by Gareth Edwards, and its script was penned by Chris Weitz. The story, as most now know, will center on a series of events that occurred prior to Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope. Rogue One will focus on the mission a group of Rebel spies undertook in order to steal weapon plans for the Galactic Empire's newly built Death Star. Confident in its spin-offs, Disney has already move forward with other side films such as the standalone Han Solo film scheduled for a 2018 release.

The film will be produced by Lucasfilm and distributed through Walt Disney Studios. The project boasts an impressively star-studded cast as talent like Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Riz Ahmed, Ben Mendelsohn, Jiang Wen, Donnie Yen, Forest Whitaker, Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, and more all signed onto the film.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will swoop into theaters later this year on December 16th.
