Star Wars: The Last Jedi Gets An 8-Bit Trailer
What's better than watching the trailer for your favorite upcoming movie over and over again? Well, watching it in various different styles, of course! There has been a recent trend online where various people and channels have been giving treatments to popular trailers, and the 8-bit style has become one of the most talked-about.
In the latest edition of 8-Bit Trailers, JoBlo videos tackled Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Instead of the epic landscapes shown in the real trailer, the whole promo is turned into an 80s video game.
Seriously, from start to finish, this looks like something everyone would have loved playing 30 years ago.
The audio matched the 8-bit style, with classic video game tones taking the place of the John Williams score. And, instead of hearing the dialogue between Rey and Luke, their words are shown on screen in text boxes.
