Tickets for the new movie are available right now, but be diligent because some fans have expressed some frustration with certain websites crashing in their attempts to purchase seats.

If you haven't seen it yet, Lucasfilm released a new poster for the movie featuring all of the major players in the battle between the Resistance and the First Order.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is directed by Rian Johnson, who has maintained a sense of secrecy surrounding the film despite all of the curious eyes, ears, and speculation.

Despite all of the mystery, we’re able to glean some details about the new movie.

While Rey tracks down and meets up with Luke Skywalker to kickstart her Jedi training, General Leia Organa and Poe Dameron have to figure out how to evacuate the Resistance forces from their discovered base before they’re decimated by the First Order. And though General Hux and Supreme Leader Snoke might be missing the power of Starkiller, their forces are still formidable.

Finn will heal from the injuries he sustained in Star Wars: The Force Awakens in time to go on a vital mission into the heart of the First Order’s forces alongside new character Rose. And Kylo Ren will be out for revenge against the fledgling Force-wielder who disfigured him.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is set to be one of the biggest movies of the year, continuing the trilogy saga for incoming director J.J. Abrams to wrap up in two years.

There are a lot of new locations and characters to know and love in the latest film, and we can’t wait to get to know them when Star Wars: The Last Jedi premieres on December 15th.
