Batman: The Animated Series star Kevin Conroy, who has voiced the Dark Knight in a number of video games and animated projects for more than two decades, will appear in Yoga Hosers, Kevin Smith revealed today via Facebook.
Smith posted the photograph above, which shows Conroy with the film's stars, Lily-Rose Depp and Harley Quinn Smith, and the caption, "I believe #YogaHosers represents the first cinematic pairing of Batman and Harley Quinn! KEVIN CONROY says #WalrusYes!"
Obviously, Harley Quinn Smith was named after the Batman villain of the same name, who was created for Conroy's animated series. Her first big-screen appearance was in 2001's Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, in which she played a baby. That year, Conroy voiced Bruce Wayne/Batman in the Batman: Vengeance video game as well as Batman Beyond.
Yoga Hosers stars Johnny Depp as well as Lily-Rose Depp and Harley Quinn Smith. Stan Lee, Natasha Lyonne, Haley Joel Osment and more also appear. It's shooting now with an eye toward a June 1, 2015 release date.
