New Fantastic Four Featurette Focuses On Miles Teller As Mr. Fantastic

In the 30-second video, writer/producer Simon Kinberg and director Josh Trank discuss how Trank thought Teller was the choice immediately, and that he “blew them away” when he came in to talk to them for the part.

The Fantastic Four, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.

The film is directed by Josh Trank and stars Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Michael B. Jordan and Jamie Bell. It’s due in theaters on August 7.
