Bill Murray To Make First Comic Con Appearance

Bill Murray will make his Comic-Con debut at this year's event in San Diego, E! Online reports. Murray will reportedly be at the show to promote his latest film, Rock the Kasbah.

Murray is planned to make a surprise appearance during Open Road Film's Hall H presentation, taking place today at 10:30 a.m. PT.

In Rock the Kasbah, penniless and stranded in Afghanistan, a washed-up American music manager (Murray) discovers a girl with an amazing voice and steers her toward her country's wildly popular show "Afghan Star."

Rock the Kasbah opens Oct. 23.
