Marvel Comics today released a free Jessica Jones one-shot via Comixology. The 12-page issue comes from Jessica’s creators, writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist Michael Gaydos, but takes place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

As Bendis explains on his blog, the issue is meant to hype the November premiere of Marvel’s Jessica Jones on Netflix. Daredevil also makes an appearance, and the story focuses on the connections between the various Marvel’s Defenders series on Netflix.
