It's the one question that had to get answered at the Daredevil Season 2 premiere: Whose side are you on in the Civil War?

With a new trailer out for Captain America: Civil War the same day as the premiere event in New York, it's the one question that had to be asked of everyone ComicBook.com talked to, are you Team Cap or Team Iron Man? Overall, it seemed like Cap was the man with the plan. Charlie Cox, who plays Matt Murdock/Daredevil on the show, said Cap in an instant, with no hesitation. So did Philip Silvera, the second unit director and stunt coordinator (yes, you have him to thank for the Hallway scene - and what's to come). Marvel TV head Jeph Loeb said he was Team Cap because "the Government isn't going to tell me what to do," and Deborah Ann Woll picked Cap after a short deliberation.

As for the dissidents, only Amy Rutberg, who plays Foggy's on-again off-again Marci Stahl, flat-out said Iron Man. Then, there were the complications.

The Punisher, Jon Bernthal, didn't declare for either team - instead, he sided for his pal Tom Holland, and said definitively he was "Team Spider-Man!" He mentioned to ComicBook, "That's my man, Tom's amazing," referring to their joint audition process.

As for the showrunners of Daredevil, Marco Ramirez abstained, and Douglas Petrie had faith in his own character. "Team Daredevil!" he shouted with a smile.

Daredevil season 2 premieres March 18, 2016 on Netflix.

Captain America: Civil War hits theaters May 6, 2016.
