This weekend, at Wizard World in St. Louis, Mike Colter (The Good Wife) was on hand to promote his upcoming Netflix television series, Marvel's Luke Cage, and answered as many questions as he could.

When Luke Cage appeared in Jessica Jones, fans eagerly-awaited the moment in which he would bust out his "Sweet Christmas!" catchphrase. However, I doubt many expected it to happen right after coitus. For his own series, we can expect Cage to utter it more often.

"Yeah, I'm going to say Sweet Christmas a lot," Colter told the Wizard World crowd. "He's going to do a lot of badass stuff! Prepare for badassery!"

And for those you wondering, Colter says Cage's backstory will be addressed and "I think we show it in a really cool way." He added, "He wasn't trying to be a super hero. The series is about him growing into that"

After a sabotaged experiment leaves him with super strength and unbreakable skin, Luke Cage becomes a fugitive trying to rebuild his life in modern day Harlem, New York City. But he is soon pulled out of the shadows and must fight a battle for the heart of his city - forcing him to confront a past he had tried to bury.

Luke Cage stars Colter, Mahershala Ali, Alfre Woodard, Simone Missick, Theo Rossi, Frank Whaley, and Sonia Braga. The series was developed by showrunner Cheo Hodari Coker.

Luke Cage comes to Netflix on Sept. 30, 2016.
