Spider-Man: Homecoming is looking fantastic from the early footage, and even though Tom Holland is on the Marvel side of things, he’s still excited about what DC is doing, specifically in regards to The Batman.
Holland has spoken previously about his friend Harrison, who is a huge Batman fan. During a recent Facebook Live Q&A (via Cosmic Book News), Holland revealed another of the duo’s conversations, this time on whether he could beat up Ben Affleck.

“And then he was like, ‘So you think you could beat up Ben Affleck?’ I’m like, ‘Nah. Probably no,’ ” Holland said. “You know, probably not. That guy’s big. I’d probably throw a quick jab in there. I probably couldn’t even reach him, you know [throws a jab]. I mean, what? He’s like 6’4″? He’s tall. He’s a tall guy.”
While he might not be able to take him in a non-superpowered fight, Holland is looking forward to Affleck’s mysterious Batman project. “I’m a big fan of Ben’s, though” Holland said. “I’m really excited for the new movie, man. It’s going to be awesome.”
Last time Harrison and Holland talked about Affleck, it was in regards to a fight between Batman and Spider-Man, which Holland believes Spider-Man would win hands down.
