With Ash Ketchum having won his first Pokemon tournament, a new anime series is required to witness Ash deciding to travel the world as something of a victory lap. With the series introducing a new right hand man to Ketchum in the form of Gou, the pair of Pokemon trainers will be travelling to all the regions that we’ve previously seen, as well as being introduced to a slew of new pocket monsters that may find their way into the duo’s roster.
