The 100th episode of Dragon Ball Super premiered yesterday, but fans are still buzzing over its main battle. The episode took place shortly after Krillin got himself disqualified from the Tournament of Power, and Goku’s squad was pushed to fight harder than before. For Goku, this meant he ended up being challenged by Caulifla from Universe 6 as the she wanted the hero to show her how to go Super Saiyan Blue.
Naturally, Goku refused, and – well – Caulifla didn’t take it well. The girl powered up into a new bulky state, but the transformation did not phase Goku. The Saiyan told the Universe 6 warrior her ultra form would only hinder a fighter since it slows her down; If anything, Caulifla needed to go Super Saiyan 2, and Goku pushes the female warrior to assume the leveled-up form.
Ultimately, Goku is able to get the upper-hand against Caulifla, but his battle isn’t done yet. Kale grows jealous of Goku given how much he is trying to goad Caulifla along, and her rage prompts her to go berserk. The other female Saiyan enters her Super Saiyan form which closely mirrors Broly’s Legendary Super Saiyan state, and Goku has to go SSB to fend her off. Needless to say, it doesn’t go well for the rest of the Tournament of Power competitors.
