It may have taken years, but Dragon Ball eventually did the thing fans have been asking about for so many years. Dragon Ball Super just had two full-blooded female Saiyans pull as Goku and go Super Saiyan. The insane moment made franchise history, and fans continue to rally behind Kale and Caulifla of Universe 6. Now, some new art of the pair has hit social media, and some anime lovers have already set the pieces as their phone screen.
Over on Twitter, animation director Tsutomu Ohno shared some behind-the-scenes artwork of Caulifla. In the sketch, fans can see Goku eyeing Caulifla as the hot-headed Saiyan does the same back. Fans already seem convinced that Caulifla is Goku’s Universe 6 counterpart, and their passive aggressive looks do add to that theory.

If Kale is more your speed, then don’t fret. Animator Shin Young-soon shared a picture of the lady Saiyan in her newly acquired Super Saiyan form. Some fans may mistake the sketch for Broly, but the character’s red lips and pointed chin give Kale away. There has been no word yet on whether Kale has actually reached the Legendary Super Saiyan state, but her connection with Broly suggests there must be some relation.
