Everything You Need To Know For The Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Premiere

With the end of the Naruto Shippuden anime series, begins a whole the new series, Boruto -Naruto Next Generations. The new follow up series, by the original creator Masashi Kishimoto, releases tomorrow. This highly anticipated new show features the son of Naruto, Boruto Uzumaki, and his adventures in growing up.

Boruto – Naruto Next Generations will be available to stream on many sites, including Crunchyroll and Hulu. Crunchyroll summarizes the series as the following:

The Hidden Leaf Village has entered an era of peace and modernity. Tall buildings line the streets, giant screens flash with images, and the Thunder Rail runs through the village, connecting each district together. Though it’s still a ninja village, the number of civilians has increased and the life of the shinobi is beginning to change.

Boruto Uzumaki, son of Seventh Hokage Naruto Uzumaki, has enrolled in the Ninja Academy to learn the ways of the ninja. The other students are ready to dismiss him as “just the son of the Hokage,” but Boruto’s heart and character blow all their assumptions away.

As a series of mysterious events begins to unfold, it’s up to Boruto and his new friends to handle them. Like a gale-force wind, Boruto makes his own way into everyone’s hearts; his story is about to begin!

For non-Naruto fans, it may be a little bit daunting to jump right into a new series without knowledge from the past shows leading up to it. Characters You Need To Know

There are tons of characters in the Naruto Franchise, so instead of going through every single character from the series, lets go through the most important in regards to Boruto. 

• Naruto: The main protagonist of the franchise, the Nine-Tailed fox, and father to Boruto. We get to see Naruto grow and mature through the series, starting as a hot headed and enthusiastic young orphan, and maturing into a wise and mature leader. His goal in life was to become the best Hokage of all time, and he earns that goal and leads with love and wisdom. Naruto ends up marrying Hinata Hyuga, and the two of them have tow children, a Humawari and Boruto. Naruto doesn’t show any special treatment towards his son, but he loves his family immensely, and has pride in his children’s successes. 
• Hinata: Hinata is the mother of Boruto and wife to Naruto. Hinata is soft spoken, polite, and very loving. She often portrayed thinking of others more than herself. She always had a fascination and love for Naruto, and strives to be more like him and believe in herself and be bold. After the war Naruto recognize that Hinata has always been there for them and believed in him, and they get happily married. She is very supportive of Naruto as he runs the town as Hokage, and she takes care of their children and Naruto as a loving mother. 
• Sasuke: Sasuke is essentially Naruto’s rival growing up, being one of the strongest and getting the top grades. His only goal in life was to take revenge the death of his family’s death. His thirst for revenge ends up ruining his life and turns him into a wanderer, however in the end he ends up growing up to a wise, mature, and caring person. He ends up marrying his childhood friend and teammate Sakura Haruno, and they have a daughter, Sarada. 
• Sakura: Sakura is part of the team with Naruto and Sasuke, and has a giant crush on Sasuke throughout the whole series. She starts as an insecure, seemingly weak character, but ends up growing into one of the strongest and important characters in the series. She ends up marrying the love of her life Sasuke and having a child, Sarada. She is a protective and loving mother, and is extremely supportive of her husband even when he has to travel on missions. 
• Orochimaru: Is one of the legendary Sannin, and main antagonist of the series. His goal was to learn all of the world’s secrets. He is seen doing unethical experiments and is seen as messed up by many because of his lack of morals. Orochimaru is arrogant and believes he is immortal, however after he was revived by Sasuke he changed alot, and seemed less evil. He has a synthetic son Mitsuki, which he sends to the Hidden Leaf Village, so he may have a better life.

Background

The new series focuses on the children of the main characters from the past series. It takes place a years after the fourth Great Ninja War, which was the conflict between the Allied Shinobi Forces (A coalition between all the nations) and the Akatsuki (a group criminals who look to make the world better through their own means). After the war, Naruto has become the Seventh Hokage and risks his life to protect everyone in the village. This is where the new series begins, as it turns its focuses onto the children of the protagonists and antagonist: Boruto, Sarada, and Mitsuki, as they hold the future of the village in their hands. 

Synopsis Of The New Season

The village of Konoha has managed to change, modernized next to an era of peace. Raising high constructions, large computer monitors of transmission of images (televisions last generation), divisions and divisions (streets) connected to run (to mobilize) electric cars, The way to live in the ninja era has changed

The leader of the village is, the seventh Hokage. Boruto is the son of Naruto Uzumaki, to become a ninja must enroll in the school “ninja academy”. But the students in the surroundings see Boruto with prejudiced eyes for the thing of being “the son of the seventh Hokage”. However Boruto has unprecedented capabilities.

Boruto will meet new friends, and there will be an incident mystery how he will face this challenge, inside the heart of the whole team, now the story of “Boruto Uzumaki,” begins.”
