Ever since the events of Civil War, Marvel’s heroes have often found themselves on opposing sides of political issues, sometimes with big, governmental organizations they represent or work for choosing the issues. But Hydra isn’t S.W.O.R.D. Hydra has been objectively bad news for over half a century. So…what’s up?
