What do we know? Well, we know her ex-boyfriend and mother both show up in Starling City in the present day, and that Nolan Funk will be the one to play Cooper Seldon, her Big Bang Theory-inspired (apparently) former beau. He’ll bring with him a massive computer virus that will fuel a cyber attack on the city Felicity doesn’t feel she can beat.
