There was the movie, Serenity, and the upcoming Firefly Online videogame, plus the sporadic Dark Horse Serenity comics, and the unofficial cast reunions on shows like Con Man and Castle, but fans still want more.

Well, they one more reason to celebrate today. Loot Crate has announced the Firefly Cargo Crate, a bi-monthly subscription box that will bring new Firefly toys and merchandise to fans across the ‘Verse.

Pricing plans have not yet been revealed, but each Cargo Crate will contain 5-7 exclusive collectibles valued at $65 or more. The box is “engineered by Quantum Mechanix,” and we’ve seen what they’re capable of creating, so this is probably one to keep and eye on. In fact, they’ve already revealed an exclusive new figure featured the “Hero of Canton” himself, Jayne Cobb. Check it out below.
