Marvel’s tiniest hero took to the biggest of screens this weekend as Ant-Man was released in theaters.

The film was packed with great moments, but we loved it so much we’re already thinking about sequels and what’s next for Ant-Man! Be warned, the following contains spoilers for Ant-Man if you have yet watched Marvel’s latest origin story.

Below, we’ve listed five things we want to see in an Ant-Man sequel.

Giant Man

The Pym Particles were used in Ant-Man to not only to shrink Scott Lang down to make him “A soldier the size of an insect,” but also to enlarge a number of objects and organisms, including a Thomas the Tank Engine toy in Cassie’s room, a living ant, a tank Pym kept on his keychain, and Scott Lang himself after he entered the Quantum Realm. The set up is clearly there, but will we get a look at Scott Lang as Giant Man in a future Ant-Man movie? Hopefully. With Ant-Man set to appear Captain America: Civil War, coming up in May, there’s a chance we’ll see the Scott become the enormous and powerful here there, as well.

Hope As Wasp

The Wasp exists the Marvel Cinematic Universe as originally helmed by Janet, Hope’s mother. However, the Wasp’s legacy is obviously far from over. The mid-credits scene revealed Hank Pym has been working on a new suit for The Wasp but also showed his realization of it being time to pass the suit to his daughter. Look at the line-up of heroes Marvel is building and then think about Evangeline Lilly fighting as The Wasp alongside them.

Sticking with Ant-Man characters as heroes, seeing more of Hank Pym as Ant-Man would be an absolute treat. The flashback scenes and video footage involving Pym’s run in the suit greatly enriched and enhanced Ant-Man’s story. More Michael Douglas as Ant-Man would be more than we could ever ask for.

While on the topic of heroes, let’s just think about the number of heroes we could possibly see share the screen one day: Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Hulk, Black Widow, Hawkeye, War Machine, The Falcon, Scarlet Witch, the Vision, Star-Lord, Groot, Rocket Raccoon, Drax, Gamora, Ant-Man, the Wasp, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, the Punisher, Buckey, Dr. Strange, Spider-Man, Black Panther, Captain Marvel… That’s not even the end of the list. What a great time to be alive.

Quantum Realm

We know Janet may be trapped in the Quantum Realm and presumed dead by Hank, but is she actually gone forever? It would seem a human’s mind would be completely lost after spending the amount of time floating into nothingness for as long as Janet has, but during the flashes when Scott entered and exited the Quantum Realm, an outline of somebody or something flashed on the screen. Ant-Man‘s director Peyton Reed personally confirmed this suspicion, telling ComicBook.com, “You have to be sharp, but there’s a quick vision of something or someone there that appears.”

Just like that little girl on the AT&T commercial, “We want more! We want more!” What is it in the Quantum Realm Scott went past but can’t remember? Was it Janet? Was it the Marvel charcter, Eternity? Give us another Ant-Man movie so we can find out with our new buddy Hank Pym.

Riding Hawkeye’s Arrow

When the Marvel heroes team-up, they do some pretty incredible things. In Avengers: Age of Ultron we got to see some of this such as Thor pounding Captain America’s shield for a homerun that took out a few Ultron bots or Black Widow holding onto the Hulk as he soared threw the air.

Avengers 223, published in September 1982, has an awesome cover which seems like something possible in the Marvel Cinematic Universe: Ant-Man riding Hawkeye’s arrow. Seeing as Hawkeye has popped up in another standalone super hero film (Thor), it’s not impossible for him to pop up in an Ant-Man sequel and bring the iconic cover to cinematic life.

Black Ant

Ant-Man has a few comic book foes worthy of the big screen. With Yellowjacket apparently shrunken and dead (is dead really dead in the MCU?) who will be his next opponent? A lot of people suspected Hank Pym might become Black Ant after LEGO released their “Final Battle” set, which featured a Hank Pym minifigure in a black Ant-Man suit, but after witnessing Pym’s history as Ant-Man prior to Scott’s run, we know where that idea came from.

The possibility of Black Ant is not lost though. In the comics, Eric O’Grady ends up becoming Black Ant after first being Ant-Man. This would take some set up to have a similar impact cinematically, but if Pym were to lose himself in the Quantum Realm in search of Janet, perhaps a new version of Pym will emerge as the Black Ant. The inner struggle of both characters lays the foundation for another somewhat grounded film in such a fantastical universe. Pym’s being doing whatever is necessary to rescue his long lost wife and Lang’s being how to stop Pym, questioning whether or not killing him is the answer.

What would you like to see in an Ant-Man sequel? Or would you prefer a prequel focused on a Hank Pym adventure?
