Following the Season 5 finale of Game of Thrones, everybody wants to know what really is going on with Jon Snow. Turns out that including the President of the United States.
The finale’s director, David Nutter, told EW at Comic-Con that he spoke to President Barack Obama a few weeks ago, and the commander-in-chief wanted to know if Jon was really dead. What did Nutter tell him?

“I said, ‘Jon Snow is deader than dead,’” Nutter recaclled. “I thought I was going to be sent to Guantanamo or something, but fortunately I’m here — but he’s dead.”
“You keep killing off my favorite characters,” Obama complained in response.
Game of Thrones will return for Season 6 on HBO in 2016.
