It seems likely that there isn’t another Scott Free in the current DC multiverse, and that the one currently appearing in Earth 2 and The New 52: Futures End would be the one appearing in Johns’ story. It’s generally suspected that the New Gods are unique in the multiverse and do not have alternate-universe counterparts as most beings in DC’s multiverse do. Even if the other New Gods aren’t “unique,” we know that Darkseid is, and since Darkseid is the biological brother of Scott’s biological father Highfather, it seems likely nobody in their family has 51 “reflections” floating around.
