Earlier today, director Bryan Singer uploaded a short video from the set of X-Men: Apocalypse. The video showed off a scene of destruction and a large helicopter, but it also might have revealed something even more important.
Some sharp-eyed viewers noticed that there appears to be a man wearing a blue cape in the background of the shot. There is only a fleeting glimpse of this man in blue as Singer pans the camera around, but the mysterious figure does bear a striking resemblance to how Apocalypse is often portrayed in the comics.

With Fox set to hold a Comic Con panel on Saturday, it’s likely that fans will get their first good look at Apocalypse during footage shown at that panel. Did Singer decide to give fans a little tease earlier by hiding him in the background of his set video?
