Oscar-winner Jared Leto (Dallas Buyers Club), who plays The Joker in David Ayer’s Suicide Squad, made a surprise appearance at New York Comic-Con today, though, few would have recognized him.
Leto arrived at Javits Center wearing a baboon mask. He took pictures of fans dressed in various DC Comics costumes, posed with unsuspecting fans, and mingled with comic book artists and writers at the convention’s Artist Alley. So, if you saw this baboon walking around the event this afternoon you were in the vicinity of a real joker.
