The claim is that the previously-revealed altercation between Lex Luthor and Bruce Wayne happens at a reopening ceremony for Metropolis’s Central Library (presumably damaged during Man of Steel).
Their scooper claims Lexcorp funded the construction because “Intellect is man’s biggest strength” which they identify as a direct shot at Superman. They claim that the aforementioned red carpet ceremony will see a number of wealthy and powerful people asked their views on Superman.
