They are the Animaniacs – well, mostly! Funko has announced a new set of Pop! figures that will get cartoony fiends from the 1990s hyped. Some very familiar characters are about to get their own collectables as Pinky, the Brain, and more nab take center stage.

The company recently confirmed a set of nostalgic Pops! would be coming to stores soon. “Pinky and The Brain are trying to take over your collection,” the site teased. “The laboratory mice and their diabolical plans are coming soon from Funko! Narf!”
These Pop! figures of Pinky and The Brain are slated to hit shelves later this November. Another set of Pops! will also be coming to stores as the Animaniacs take over fans and their unassuming collections.
Rowdy characters Yakko, Wakko, and Dot will be sold to fans of the iconic cartoon series. Currently, there’s no word yet on whether these two sets will receive variant figures or come with a shocking price tag, but fans are already excited to hear of the company’s upcoming line-up.
If you’re not familiar with Animaniacs or Pinky and The Brain, no worries! You’ve got time to catch-up.
The former series aired in the late 1980s on Fox Kids and ran for a total of 99 episodes. Animaniacs was a cartoon variety show that featured a large cast. Characters like Dr. Otto Scratchansniff, Hello Nurse, Slappy Squirrel, and more made their debut on the series. And, of course, Pink and the Brain also appeared on the series.
However, the two rats proved to be too popular, prompting Warner Bros. Animation to gift the lab mice with their own series. The cartoon follows Pinky and the Brain as they tried (and failed) to take over the world through a serious of outlandish schemes.
Of course, these aren’t the only Pop! figures that Funko has up their sleeves. The toy company will release a new line of Disney Princess dolls. Characters like Ariel, Belle, Cinderella, Tiana, and more will be reimagined in their iconic ballgowns. Other sets such as Funko Mystery Mini: Disney Villains and Pop! Dogs also made their debut this fall.
