, Rod Roddenberry’s tribute film to his father (Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry) will have its international debut next month at the 11th Annual Festival of Science Fiction and Fantastic Film, located in London’s famed Apollo Piccadilly Circus. It will screen on May 7 as part of a double feature with White Room: 02B3, a film shot on a 360-degree camera and starring Franklin & Bash star Brecken Meyer.Trek Nation first debuted last November on Science Channel in the United States, and included interviews and archival footage featuring George Lucas, J. J. Abrams, Seth MacFarlane and more–as well as everyday fans and, of course, Rod Roddenberry.”By exploring my father through a variety of untapped touchstones, we were able to introduce the world to a Gene Roddenberry it’s never met before.
