Good news folks, were only three years and four months away from seeing Marvel’s first female-led superhero film! No, that honor will not go to Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow. Marvel has chosen to bestow the honor onto Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel.
Captain Marvel is a former air force pilot that can fly, runs at super-speed, is super strong, has invulnerability and fires off energy projectiles. She’s basically Marvel’s female version of Superman.
