Well. Marvel certainly dropped a bombshell at Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. by announcing “Secret Wars,” their next summer event starting May 2015.
While the publisher remained mum on the event’s finer details, save for the fact that “Secret Wars” will pay homage to original 1984-1985 maxi-series, they did provide this doozy of a teaser image by Alex Ross.

And that’s where the real clues come in. Packed with Marvel characters spanning both time and the multiverse, it certainly seems that Secret Wars will be a multi-dimensional event that will literally affect corner of the Marvel Universe.
