A leak on the Chinese version of twitter Sina Weibo (via Digit.in) seems to have revealed the next Injustice: Gods Among Us themed offering from Samsung. After the Galaxy S7 Edge was offered with a bat-symbol engraving, gold batarang, bat-armor case and themed Samsung Galaxy VR unit, it looks like their larger, stylus-wielding offering, the Galaxy Note 7 will also get the branding.

The images seem to show the Note 7 with the same gold Bat on the back, and lock screens showing the customized user interface made to look like you’re using a device designed by Lucius Fox and Bruce Wayne themselves. The phone is identical – it’s just the larger flavor, and would likely also come with the same collector’s edition goodies in the mix.

Injustice: Gods Among Us is an immensely popular fighting game set in an alternate version of the DC Comics universe. When Superman is tricked into committing a horrible atrocity by the Joker, he lobotomizes the villain, and decides that the only just rule is his own, taking over the world. Batman and some other heroes resist while Superman recruits his own army of both heroes and villains to impose order. The game includes a mobile spin-off (playable, of course, on the full Samsung Galaxy suite of phones) that continues to be updated with new characters and modes to this day, and a digital-first comic that has remained immensely popular since its launch, helping put DC Comics’ digital program on the map.

A sequel to the game, Injustice 2, is in development now at creator NetherRealm Studios, set for a 2017 release. A new edition of the comic will also launch, bridging the story gap between the first game and the second.

No official word on the Injustice Galaxy Note 7 has been announced, but it’s likely that if it’s coming to Asia, it’ll make it across the ocean to the States as well.
