Atlético Madrid soccer player and France native Antoine Griezmann will voice Superman when it opens in his home country.

The athlete posted a message to his Facebook page (via the Sporting News) revealing his involvement, saying “Happy to be lending my voice to Superman in The Lego Batman Movie.”

The talented striker also plays for France’s national team and is expected to leave La Liga for Manchester United over the summer.

Not much is known about Griezmann’s role, or what role Superman will play in the LEGO Batman Movie, except that at one point Batman may rely on a little help from his super friends to stop the plague of crime in Gotham City.

Soccer player Blaise Matuidi is also rumored to appear in the film as the Flash.

The LEGO Batman Movie will open in France on February 8th and in the US on February 10th.
