DC Comics HeroClix: 15th Anniversary Elseworlds Unboxing

It is time to take a journey through the multiverse. ComicCook.com is unboxing a DC Comics HeroClix: 15th Anniversary Elseworlds Booster Brick from WizKids Games. Take a look at the video above to what we pulled and see photos of all the figures we pulled in the gallery below.

The Elseworlds Set is part of WizKids’ year-long celebration of 15 years of HeroClix. The set includes classic versions of the Justice League plus fan favorite reimaginings of these characters as everything from old west gunslingers, pirates and more.

The Justice Riders make an appearance, as well as versions of Batman and Oracle as members of the Green Lantern Corps. The core cast of Warren Ellis and John Cassaday WildStorm comics series Planetary also make their HeroClix debut.

Being the star of many fan favorite Elseworlds stories means that Batman is heavily represented in the set, including Colonel Wayne, the pirate Leatherwing, and the armored, aging hero of The Dark Knight Returns.

In addition to the boosters, the 15th Anniversary Elseworlds Set also sees the release of a new starter set featuring the six core Justice League members with unique dials – Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, The Flash, and Cyborg – plus a dice and token pack that includes dice with the HeroClix 15th Anniversary logo and tokens with the logo on one side artwork of the Justice League members from various Elseworlds stories.

Finally, fans can purchase Skyscraper Wonder Woman, a colossal figure representing Wonder Woman’s giant robot doppelganger.

DC Comics HeroClix: 15th Anniversary Elseworlds releases in mid-July. Look for release events where players can win a limited edition Hourman figure and special events where players can win a colossal Invisible Jet HeroClix figure at local game stores near you.
