While Justice League is set to hit theaters this November, much is still unknown about the highly-anticipated DC Extended Universe film. But, thanks to a few new photos of the film’s action figures, we might have gotten the best look yet at the film’s antagonist, Steppenwolf (Ciarán Hinds).

Two new ‘glam’ shots of the film’s DC Multiverse line, courtesy of Instagram user BatmanTASFigs, provide a much more detailed look at Steppenwolf’s design than had been previously seen. You can check out the images – including one group shot with the action figure counterparts of the Justice League – below.
As of now, fans have yet to see Steppenwolf onscreen, aside from a deleted scene on Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice‘s home release. Here’s hoping that will change with the film’s presence at this weekend’s San Diego Comic-Con.
As for the film, more details are expected at Comic-Con, but in the meantime, you can view the synopsis below.
In Justice League, fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
