Peacemaker: Fans React to Epic Opening Credits Sequence

Peacemaker has fans buzzing about that incredible opening sequence. Wig Wam, a Norwegian band, might not have been on a lot of people’s radar, but they will be now. “Do You Wanna Taste It” blares while the entire cast participates in a choreographed music number. And when we say the entire cast, we mean everyone. (Even Early gets to have a moment at center stage!) It sets the kind of uproarious tone that James Gunn likes to employ in his projects. Music is a main ingredient in The Suicide Squad and The Guardians of the Galaxy. It’s no surprise the soundtrack for Peacemaker would make you want to crank things up to 11. As an added bonus, he tried to clue everyone in during the trailer as this is the same song featured there. But, people love itย and are enjoying the show as well. Check out some of the reaction down below:

“It’s great. It’s the first time I’ve ever taken an IP or a character into an extended look besides WWE’s John Cena,” Cena told ComicBook.com about the series. “So that’s really fun, to be able to embrace the patience of not having to rush through everything in an hour and 45 minutes to two and a half hours. It’s a different approach, but it’s one that I like because I like being able to take a breath and soak in the nuances of what it might be going on. So it is a different approach, but it’s one that I prefer.”
