It’s not enough that Bethesda is producing some killer sequels for the rest of the year, including Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and The Evil Within 2. But now they have to take over the comic book world as well…which we’re fine with.

The publisher has announced that it’s working hard with the team at Titan Comics to produce new stories based on its three hottest properties – Wolfenstein, Dishonored and The Evil Within.

Titan worked with the company before on the prequel series for The Evil Within back in 2015, but this new Evil book will serve as a direct lead-in to the forthcoming sequel, as it focuses on Detective Sebastian Castellanos as he attempts to get over the events from the first game, which took place at Beacon Mental Hospital. Even with that working against him, he finds himself drawn back into Mobius’ dangerous world, with a serial killer unleashing havoc across Krimson City.

The Evil Within comic book will arrive on September 6th, written by Ryan O’Sullivan (Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III) with art by Damien Worm (The October Faction) and Szymon Kudranski (Spider-Man).

A week later, a comic book based on Wolfenstein will arrive. It will serve as a prequel to the forthcoming The New Colossus, following series hero B.J. Blazkowicz as he continues to fight the Nazis in North America.

That particular book will be written by Dan Watters (Assassin’s Creed) with art by Piotr Kowalski (Dark Souls) and Ronilson Freier (The Mummy). It’ll be available on September 13th.

Finally, Doshonored: The Peeress and the Price #1 will arrive on September 27th, focusing on Emily Kaldwin as she returns to Dunwall to team up with Corvo Attano once again, going up against a dangerous killer, as well as a politician by the name of Archibald Dufrane.

This book is written by Michael Moreci (Roche Limit) and illustrated by Andrea Olimpieri (Dishonored) and Mattia Iacono (Demone Dentro).

So it seems like September will be a busy month for Bethesda stories, followed by the release of the company’s latest Dishonored spin-off in that month, The Evil Within 2 in October, and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus in November.
