We’re not too far off from the release of Boss Key Productions’ aerial multiplayer shooter LawBreakers, but that isn’t stopping the team from testing out the servers with yet another open beta weekend.
The team announced to the Steam Community earlier today that the beta will kick off next week, running from Friday, July 28th at 7:00 AM PDT through Monday, July 31st at 7:00 AM PDT. The beta will be available on both PlayStation 4 and PC, and pre-downloads should be available as soon as tomorrow.

In addition, the company will host two different beta contests during this period across both platforms.
The first will take place on PC with the Early Bird Beta Contest. With it, you’re asked to play three matches in the first four hours after the beta launches. Those that do will be eligible to win a replica cosplay Aerator rifle or an NVIDIA 1080ti Graphics Card. Keep in mind, though, that this is only for North American players.
Meanwhile, Playstation 4 owners will be able to take part in the Play the Beta Contest. All players will have to do is share a screenshot from the game on Twitter using the hashtags #SkilledAF and #LBBetaPS4, and you’ll automatically be entered to win a custom Lawbreakers themed PlayStation 4 console. This appears to be with North American and other audiences, though you can check out the full rules here.
Previous beta runs for the game have fared very well, and Boss Key Productions made a smart decision launching yet another open beta, letting players try the game out before it drops just a week later on August 8th for PlayStation 4 and PC.
So if you’ve been looking for a good multiplayer game to dig into over the next week or so, and have a few friends that don’t mind executing a few aerial kills, make sure you jump into this party.
