Nintendo Switch PSA: Amazon Giving Away a Switch This Week

Heads up all of you thirsty Nintendo fans! Are you dying to grab a Nintendo Switch but at your wits' end trying to find one in stock online or at any of your local retailers? Well, we have some good news. You may be able to grab a Nintendo Switch this week without spending a dime! Leading up to Prime Day on July 11, Amazon is giving away random prizes and gadgets every single day. On the first day of giveaways a Nintendo Switch was up for grabs, and on Wednesday, Amazon will be giving away another one.

You won't have to spend any money as long as you're a Prime member. If that's you, then this is what you'll need to do. Download the Amazon app on your phone. If you already have the app and have had it for a while now, then you'll need to upgrade it. On the top left of the main page where you tap to see the main menu, you'll notice a box that says "Win prizes daily up to Prime Day." That's what you'll want to tap on Wednesday as soon as the Nintendo Switch giveaway goes live.

To enter the giveaway, all you have to do is watch a video about how to use the Amazon app. This will be a 30-ish second video showing how to add items to your wishlist to prepare for Prime Day. You can watch it or just set your phone down while you continue working or reading or whatever. When it's done, you can enter the giveaway and you'll be notified right away as to whether you won or not.

In addition to the Nintendo Switch on Wednesday, Amazon will be giving away all kinds of different gadgets, including a golden 1TB PS4 Slim on that following Saturday. Today if you look you'll also find a nice pair of noise-canceling headphones up for grabs, so make sure that you're checking back at least once a day. It takes about 30 seconds to enter, so you might as well take a shot!
